Franklin B. Holleman is the founder/principal of Telcom Strategies Group (TSG) has 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has extensive expertise in LNP & Number Pooling operations (provisioning, number admin., trouble administration), LNP/Number Pooling call processing, AIN services, systems engineering, technical documentation, and business development.

Prior to starting TSG, he held senior engineering research positions at BellSouth's Science & Technology research group and at Bell Communications Research (Bellcore). While at BellSouth, Frank was a technical lead for their LNP OSS initiative and systems engineering architect of their LNP Gateway OS. Frank's work in LNP started with the initial industry technical committees that defined LNP in 1996 & 1997. Today he offers hard-to-find LNP and Number Pooling experience. He has an established LNP reputation within the industry. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology
(Georgia Tech - 1985).
